Speaker Biography
陳倩瑜教授, 台灣大學生物產業機電工程學系
陳倩瑜博士分別於 1998 年與 2003 年取得 Stanford 電機工程碩士與台大資訊工程博士學位，自 2000 年起從事生物資訊跨領域研究至今，現任台大生機系教授。陳博士的研究團隊旨於利用機器學習演算法分析基因體 (Genome)、轉錄體 (Transcriptome)、蛋白體 (Proteome)、代謝體 (Metabolome)、表觀基因體 (Epigenome) 等大數據資料，探討基因調控路徑與分子交互作用，推演基因變異與人類疾病或動植物性狀之關聯性，進而建立數學模型預測生物體對外在刺激之反應。其研究成果廣泛應用於生命科學、醫學與農業，積極培育跨領域人才，將生物資訊落實於精準農業與醫療。
