Hsin Ho (Toshiba) Cheng (鄭新禾), Country Manager of Nagravision Tawian
Experienced Country Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Streaming Media, Set Top Box, Conditional Access, Embedded Systems, and IPTV. Strong sales professional with a Master focused in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University.
2010 till now: Country Manager, Nagravision Asia Pte Ltd - Responsible for P&L of Nagravision Taiwan branch, owning 70%+ of the CAS market share in Taiwan cable industry.
- Well connected with Taiwan Media industry chain, including chipset providers, equipment/solution vendors, operators, content providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Creatively help form a taskforce with operators, chipset vendors (Mstar/MTK, Broadcom, and ST) and STB vendors to enable a new low cost STB market segment since 2011 which fulfilling regulatory requirements and speed up TV digitization penetration in Taiwan, creating more than 150M revenue for related industry players by far.
